Pilot Project
The best way to learn about AviX® is a hands-on experience at your site! For this purpose we created the Pilot Project.
The AviX® Pilot Project is a flat-fee project, lasting two to three days, where one of our AviX® consultants works with you at your site to analyze and optimize a real life manufacturing process. Within the project, around 15 minutes of assembly time can be analyzed on a detailed level; for other applications, like setup times, larger processes may be looked at as well.
Typically an AviX® Pilot Project consists from these four steps:
- Presentation and Introduction into AviX®
- Visit of the targeted assembly area and taking videos
- Joint analysis and joint improvement workshops
- Presentation and discussion of results
You may expect that the improvements identified even within such a short pilot project will amortize the project cost within a few days.
After the Pilot Project we offer an installation of a 30-day AviX® trial version on a selected computer for you to try-out yourselves.
