Continuous improvement
AVIX offers a range of software tools for optimizing and improving production processes, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency and profitability of industrial operations. One of the key areas where AVIX can make a significant impact is in the field of continuous improvement.
One of the main goals are simplifying and streamlining operations, eliminating any unnecessary activities or processes that do not add value. Efficiency refers to the ability to perform tasks quickly and effectively, without waste or delay. By improving Efficiency, companies can reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance the quality of their products.
A structured approach
AVIX offers several parts of the software that can help companies work with continuous improvements and improving Efficiency in their operations:
Time and Motion Study: AVIX Method allows companies to study the work performed in detail, identifying areas of inefficiency and visualizing the processes making it easier to improve productivity.
Standard Times: AVIX Method provides standard times for specific tasks, allowing companies to accurately calculate the time required for a particular job or project. This enables companies to allocate their resources more effectively and ensure that they are operating at maximum efficiency.
Work Instructions: AVIX Method provides detailed work instructions for specific tasks, ensuring that operators have the information needed to perform their work quickly and accurately. This reduces errors and improves the quality of the end product.
Ergonomy and safety: AVIX Ergo provides a clear link between the time and motion study and a more detailed egonomic evaluation model. Using e.g. the REBA evaluation, makes it possible to perform detailed ergonomic ratings of the workplace.
Quality & risks: AVIX FMEA provides tools for creating P & D-FMEA:s following either classic FMEA templates as the AIAG or the new AIAG/VDA standard. This enables companies to manage all process related information within the same software and data model, having all information in one place, time studies, work instruction, line balancing and FMEA.
By using these modules, companies can achieve significant improvements both related to visualizing and identifying continuous improvements, but also to the methodology how all the information is managed and kept updated by the manufacturing engineers. AVIX's software tools provide companies with the data and insights they need to identify areas of waste and inefficiency, and to make targeted improvements that will enhance their operations.
In addition to these modules, we offer a range of services to help companies utlize AVIX in the best possible way. Our team of experts can provide user guidance, support and training on all the engineering areas covered by AVIX.
