A Gazelle Company shall, according to Dagens Industri, meet the following criteria in having:
- published at least four annual reports
- an annual turnover of more than 10 MSEK
- >10 employees
- continuously increased sales the three last years
- doubled its sales during the same period
- shown a positive result for the four last years
- essentially grown organically, not by acquisitions or fusion
- sound finances
